Born in Palermo on November 22nd 1964, since 1980 Milici has been studying chromatic harmonica with Maestro Willi Burger, Jazz Inprovisation with Larry Nash and Piano with M° Salvatore Bonafede .

He obtains excellent experience by playing in local clubs when Enzo Randisi , the celebrated talent-scout notices him. Close to the popular vibraphonist and other important jazz musicians such as Romano Mussolini and Lino Patruno Milici begins his first professional career.

From 1983 he has been working as harmonica player and composer working for some popular italian tv programs such as : “Serata d'onore”, “Fantastico”, “Uno su cento”, “Il numero uno”, three editions of “Festival di Sanremo”, “Un Natale Italiano” and “Taratatta”.

In 1990 Milici is Adriano Mazzoletti's guest of the popular jazz program "RadioUno Sera Jazz". On that occasion he meets Martial Solal that underlined : "Milici has the right feeling and shows he knows everything about jazz””.

Afterwards he becomes a member of the first European Jazz Orchestra conducted by James Newton whose live exhibition is broadcasted in Europe by RAI.

Performs the original soundtrack from the movie "Il Mago " (The Magician) starring Anthony Quinn and aftherwards “Avvocato Porta” " theme, a tv show starring G.Proietti and “Tutti i sogni del mondo” starring Serena Autieri. Recentely performs "Vaniglia e cioccolato" soundtrack, starring Mariagrazia Cucinotta.

For many years he plays as soloist for the Ignazio Garsias' Simphony Orchestra.

Plays many times in: USA (Blue Note di New York), Holland (Theater Carrè) , Switzerland , Morocco, Australia, England, France, South Africa (Witz University Great Hall), Mozambique, Swaziland, Germany and Argentina.

Plays on worldwide television with "Dirotta su Cuba" , and, receiving the public acclaim of critics, performs with some very important artist such us Laura Fygi , Philip Catherine and Toots Thielemans .

From 1998 he starts working in the field of Classical Music playing Gyorgy kurtag compositions with conductor Zoltan Pesco and afterwards, with Ottava Nota Ansamble, plays Gordon Jacob, Bach, M. Betta, G. Sollima …repertoire.

From 2001 he works with popular comedian Riccardo Pazzaglia ; Records for Gigi D'Alessio, Gino Paoli, Dirotta su Cuba, Ivan Segreto and compose “ November 64 ” that becames a signature tune for RAI 3.

In 2002 he is invited with his quartet to Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome for a night event.

In 2003 he joins the writer Evelina Santangelo in a tour to promote her book (la lucertola color smeraldo), also appearing on Radio program "Fahrenheit" .

On the same year he is interviewed by Alex Pierotti for RAI International and he is Stefano Spadonis' guest of the Big Apple Radio of New York .

In December he records his new cd entitled "November 64" defined by Toots Thielemans as "well played and well produced" .

In 2005 his cd "Beatles Jazz Tribute" is presented during the Paris Fashion Week , he is guest of several RAI programs such as : "Fahrenheit", "Notturno Italiano", "Taccuino Italiano" and plays at the historical Jazz club the "Blue Note" in New York .

In 2007, With Eliot Zigmund, Bill Moring and Mauro Schiavone he recorded his latest cd dedicated to the Burt Bacharach music and compose the moovie soundtrack “la terra madre” the only one italian movie at the Berlin Film Festival 2008. In June played at Fenice in Venice with Sofia Simphony Orchestra conducted by M° Maurizio Abeni. In October he plays again during the Paris Fashion Week and with the Innovative String Quintet he just played in some Buenos Aires historical Clubs. He also received the Franchi/Ingrassia National award and the Tricoli International award for his music career.

2008 and 2009 he undertook an international tour that saw him perform on some of the most prestigious stages in theaters around the world, including venues in New York, Paris, Buenos Aires, Maputo, Stuttgart, Dresden, Thessaloniki and Johannesburg. Close to the popular trumpet player Fabrizio Bosso, Milici plays and records a live cd at “Casa del Jazz” in Rome.   
He’s actually working as composer of the American Musical “Garbage” and touring with the “Michael Jackson Jazz Tribute” ideated and directed by himself
